Instructions
In a high speed blender, combine avocado, banana, spinach, peppermint oil, maple syrup, coconut oil, and liquid. Blend for about 1 minute, or until the consistency is smooth and velvety. Add in cacao nibs/chocolate chips and blend on low, just until roughly chopped. Swirl chocolate syrup along the side of a glass before pouring the smoothie in. Top with coconut whipped cream and sprinkle cacao nibs on top. |
